Alignment | A Poem

Featured in the Crown Issue of Liveology Yoga Magazine.

As she assumed yoga poses I was supposed to notice and correct her alignment/

and she rolled her shoulders and folded over I was impressed by how gracefully her spine bend/

i wanted to read the fine print written in the body matrix/

she exuded confidence a godly fragrance/

she was far from naked/

but God has made it/

possible to see the heart that sacred, was also enormous, I seen beauty in the formless/

expressed vividly and dramatically in the yoga poses cause I was supposed to notice and correct her alignment/
