Bandhas are energy locks that help you to lock and direct the energy flow within your body.
Sanskrit Term: Bandha
Definition: Bondage, lock
Engage Jalandhara Bandha during seated pranayama by drawing the chin back and constraining the throat slightly.
Engage Uddiyana Bandha by drawing the low belly and the abdominal organs in and up.
Engage Mula Bandha by lifting up through the base of the pelvic floor.
