I feel so fortunate and grateful to be learning directly from so many people I have looked up to over the years.

When I saw Shanna Small in the lobby I literally dropped my bags and ran to give her a hug even though we had never met in person. Thank you for existing, for saying so many things I wish I could say, and for enlightening us about the realities of race, social justice, and trauma in the yoga community. You are the yoga auntie I always wanted. 🤗
