For me, learning how to handstand wasn't just about learning how to do a cool trick. It was about facing my fears and overcoming self-doubt. It was about realizing that I'm capable of a lot more than I thought. I've been practicing for about four years now and my practice has evolved in ways I could have never imagined when I started and I'm excited to see where it will go in the future.
Are you thinking about starting a handstand practice or have you been practicing for a while? Please tell me about your own journey in the comments.
