Meditation is...
the 7th limb of yoga. It is the process of letting go of all action, all thoughts, and finding a place of deep relaxation and inner peace. Even though it may just look like sitting, meditation can be deceptively difficult. It is easy to get sleepy or wander into monkey mind, simply sitting and thinking the whole time. But over time, it becomes increasingly possible to find a clear and equanimous mind, totally alert yet totally relaxed and free of the incessant fluctuations that often plague most of our minds.
Anapana Sati
Anapana Sati is an ancient meditation technique outlined by the Buddha that focuses on the in flowing and out flowing breath. This method is the mindfulness of breathing.
