To reap all the rewards from your Ashtanga practice, it is recommended that you practice at least 3 days a week. Many practitioners practice almost daily. With more practice, you will notice potent changes faster because you are building TAPAS or the inner fire of transformation. This is the same reason we practice in a heated room and recommend you don’t drink water during class. Let the fire build. It will help you!
