REGULAR CLASSES
Liveology is an Ashtanga based yoga shala. All of our classes and courses, even our meditation and pranayama have a foundation in the principles of this traditional, lineage based method of yoga.
We teach what we have learned from our teachers and from our experience of practicing the method over time. Because of this, all of our weekly teachers have some foundation in the Ashtanga yoga method, either at Liveology or from previous experience.
If you are interested in teaching a regular class at Liveology, we would highly recommend that you begin taking our meditation, Ashtanga yoga, and philosophy classes so that you can have a deep understanding of the foundation everything we teach is based upon and can determine if they resonate with you enough that you can integrate these methods into your classes at Liveology.
