Giving all glory to God, who is the head of my life and to Jesus Christ, my Lord and personal Savior. I am Christina Victoria Mills, daughter of Rev. Clara T. and Felton J., and I am Liveology's founder.
I wear many hats here at Liveology, but right now, I'm enjoying calling myself a designer. I have been hard at work, pattern drafting and sewing our full collection of products ranging from meditation and prayer cushions to toys and bags in our wonder workshop in Atlanta, GA.
Liveology came out of my own epic spiritual journey. It first came as an idea during seminary and began humbly as an unknown blog, documenting spiritual texts and other things i was learning as i began to discover yoga and other Eastern traditions after a car accident. By the time I got to 1,000 articles, i wanted to share it with the world and created Liveology Yoga Magazine in print, bringing together various teachers and businesses. The same month the first issue was released, i opened a yoga studio in Atlanta, GA, teaching Ashtanga yoga and meditation. This soon evolved into creating products, as i began to bottle the body oils our family had been using at home for years, and i began to create meditation beads and sew meditation cushions.
Today, i have to say that i have read spiritual texts from all over the world, some of which are on this site. i have learned meditation from Tibetan monks and learned to do pike headstands from Ashtanga yoga masters. i continue to see the numerous benefits of breath control, and moving the body in precise ways to restore flow to stuck places and straighten out the spine.
Yet, i can't keep it to myself any longer. i have to admit that nothing could open my heart or heal my body like the love of Jesus Christ. Nothing fixed that nagging feeling i was having in my body, and that constant low grade anxiety until i just admitted it. Jesus is Lord. i ran from it for many years, but I must confess that alone i can do nothing. But with the Lord, i have the strength of a lion. And once i accepted his sacrifice for me, that created a level of alignment, and harmony, peace, and joy in my life that I was unable to achieve in any other way. And for that I am grateful. i will continue to share my journey with the world as it evolves.
i am dedicated to creating uplifting products and content to shine the light and share the love and will continue to advocate for the benefits of movement and breath to support healing and flow within the body.
