About the Event
Ashtanga Full Primary Series with the opening and closing chants and the traditional count. Room is heated. There is less instruction than our 1/2 Primary Series class, and more time is spent working on the 2nd half of the sequence, backbends, and inversions.
If you are new to Ashtanga yoga, please join us for one of our 1/2 Primary Series classes to receive more basic instruction before attending this class. 75-90 minutes.
