About the Event
Similar to Mysore class, come and do your practice. This class is great for Ashtanga practitoners and for yoga teachers, who may not practice Ashtanga but want to practice with others. Guidance is available for Ashtanga practitioners with some experience.
If you are brand new to yoga and have never practiced the Primary Series before, please join us for 1/2 Primary Series for detailed instruction. Practice is not limited to the Ashtanga sequence. Feel free to practice sequences like Rocket yoga or work your own flow. Assistance and adjustments are available for all. All are welcome.
