Go deeper with extended pranayama and meditation. 20 minutes of continuous breath retention and extension, alternate nostril breathing, and breath of fire followed by 25 minutes of guided meditation in the traditional method of anapana sati, focusing on the breath. Less guidance and more silence than our 20-minute sessions.
