XP taught me a new affirmation today. I was saying I can’t handstand in the middle of the room. He’s like, “NO. Change that to… Why is it so easy for me to handstand? Why do my handstands feel so effortless?” Change your language. Change the outcome. Immediately I improved. Thanks ommie 👌🏽
