Visit us in person at the ATL studio before we have to leave. Why we're leaving & what's next.

Practice Ashtanga yoga with us in person at our Atlanta studio through the end of the month.

After that, we’ll be keeping pretty much the same schedule like this 6:30 AM class, just moving everything online. We’ll still have Ashtanga yoga and meditation classes, 1-1 yoga coaching called Personalized Yoga and private events. You can already watch a bunch of our content on YouTube!

Moving away from studio life is freeing us up to take Liveology on the road and focus on fun content for the magazine and YouTube so sign up for our emails and download our free mobile app to be notified when we have local meetups in your city. #linkinbio
