Christina Mills, is an Ashtanga yoga practitioner and has personally used yoga as a tool for recovery from injury and scoliosis. She professionally trains individuals and large groups in the principles and practices of yoga, working with private clients, professional athletes, and football teams.
Christina teaches the principles of Ashtanga yoga, a traditional, vinyasa style that combines breath, postures, and looking point.
Each class helps to create alignment and balance in the body. We will create deep, integrated core strength across the back and abdominal muscles, mobility in the hips, stability in the shoulders, and activate deep stabilizing muscles throughout, creating for improved balance and agility, and reduction of injury.
Alignment cues and hands-on adjustments are also keys to success.
