To use: Swish around the mouth for 5-10 minutes. Do not swallow! Spit into a trash can. Avoid spitting into the sink as it can clog drains. Brush afterward and scrape the tongue as normal.

This is perfect! Could use a bigger bottle. If you’re new at oil pulling, just start with a few minutes. It’s worth getting used to it!
