I had to put myself on a schedule. 🗓 So currently Mon and Fri are for Ashtanga Primary Series, Wed and Thurs are for 2nd, Tues and Sat are for Remix/Yogaerobics, where I take the reigns off and just explore the movements so this was a moment from my Tuesday “Remix” practice. Super fun! 😁
