How to:

  • Separate the feet hip distance apart.

  • Place the palm underneath the feet, almost to the wrist crease, lifting up on the toes.

  • Fold on an exhale.

  • On an inhale, straighten the arms and lift the head.

  • Exhale as you stand back up to Samasthitih.
