Mix essential oils with carrier oils before applying to the body for the safest use.
Because essential oils are so potent, it can be irritating to apply them directly to the skin. Mix only a few drops of essential oils to a carrier oil such as some of the ones listed below.
While pretty much any oil can be a carrier oil, these oils are particularly good for applying to the skin.
