This light, sweetly scented fruit can be used as a cooking oil or on the skin.





Coconut is a sweet and universal fruit that can be consumed in many different ways, eating the white flesh and drinking the water inside. Coconut oil is a light, fragrant oil that can be used on the body. Coconut has been made into many different products that make great plant-based substitutions, such as coconut milk, and even coconut creamer.
