Not so long ago at a Baron Baptiste teacher training program in one of nature’s most breathtaking locations—Sedona, Arizona—we were so inspired that we started thinking we might like to open our own yoga studio someday. We both were at a point where we were seeking deeper meaning, better health, and a way to sustain an inner peace in the midst of our hectic and stressful lives. Neither of us expected the transformative process we would experience in Sedona then. Yoga has delivered on its promise to transform our lives, and has helped us begin to empower others to discover their own possibilities for healthier physical and mental states of being. We welcome all to our studio to find what may be seeking you through the transformational power of yoga.
