Grand rising, family,

I am pondering this morning what it means to be still. Something came into my awareness recently, and I have spent some time asking myself, "How do I fix it?"

Questions like this can be helpful if you have an actual problem that needs to be fixed. But if you're like me, sometimes my mind likes to run infinite scenarios about problems that really aren't problems or about things that can't really be/don't need to be fixed per se.
