English Translation: Lotus Posture

How to:

  • Sit in whatever version of Padmasana you can hold comfortably for a couple of minutes.

  • Set one hand out to the side in line with the hip

  • Reach the other hand overhead, opening the chest toward the sky.

  • Look up toward the upward reaching hand.
