Things to keep handy for teaching class and the general yogi life.

1. A Great Playlist

Always be ready if you want to teach a class outside of the studio.

2. Spare Yoga Mat

Not for you. For a friend or a student who left one at home. This happens all the time, so just have one handy.

3. Speaker

Need a great portable speaker to play your tunes on the go. Make sure to keep it charged!

4. Yogi Wisdom - Elevator Speech

Why do you teach yoga? What are some basic benefits? When are your classes?

Be ready to give a spiel anytime.

5. Oversized Water Bottle

Bonus points for citrus or herbal infusions.

6. Crystals and/or Mala Beads

Protect your energy.
