Afya, a Kiswahili name meaning "Health and Harmony", aims to provide a nurturing and healthy space in a lush garden setting, where students will experience the calming yet vital energy of Yoga, the strengthening and toning of Pilates!
At Afya Jamaica we believe that now, more than ever, there is a need to regain balance of body, mind and spirit, and so we invite you to join our Afya family as we play our part in creating a healthy, harmonious society. Afya’s well trained and certified Instructors are happy to guide you along with regular practice to experience an increase in physical, mental and spiritual well-being and a deeper awareness of self.
