Life can be tough. It's hard enough having to deal with external forces and obstacles in our path, and a whole pandemic going for the past year. But it only makes everything harder when the force or obstacle in our path is ourselves.

One of the realizations I came upon over the past week was the extent to which I have been impeding my own progress. As some recurring patterns yet again repeated themselves, I came to an acute state of awareness that the problem, at the end of the day, was me.
