Dreams come true from the determination that says, regardless of any possible obstacle, it will work out.

Waning Crescent -> New Moon in Aries

Sunday, April 11, 2021

The moon disappears tonight. I never paid much attention to the lunar calendar prior to getting deeply involved in Ashtanga yoga, but it's been incredibly helpful to understanding the natural ebb and flow in life that is happening to all of us and each of us individually regardless of whether you're aware of it or not. The waning crescent moon moving into the new moon marks the end of the lunar month, and the monthly opportunity we have to start over.

This reset allows us to reflect on how things are going and think about what things we should change... or if things are going well, how to keep up the steady momentum. The catch with a reset is, we don't know exactly how things will be on the other side. This moving into the newness of the unknown is an opportunity to test our faith. Not faith in some outside being, but simply faith in ourselves. Do you believe in yourself? Would you bet money on yourself? How much?
