Careless Mistakes.

Ever since I was a kid, I've had the habit of moving just a bit too fast. My mom used to get on me about my homework because I would always complete it so quickly that even though it would be correct overall, I would leave small errors really from not checking my work that would always decrease my grade. She called them "careless mistakes."

Careless mistakes are evidence of moving on autopilot. Completing a task perhaps in a way that is technically correct, but with a lack of awareness and a lack of follow through.
