Karma. The law of cause and effect.
On a basic level, an object that is set in motion stays in motion until some force acts upon it to make it stop. And as we know, our world exists in a circular, cyclical pattern, so quite literally what goes around comes around.
Many people use and interpret karma to be a negative thing. We use the word to tell someone that something bad will happen as a result of their actions. But the principle of karma or cause and effect is totally neutral. Most of us just don’t like the idea of karma because it means we‘re going to have a lot of shit coming our way. But karma ripening can be positive as well as our good deeds, hard work, well wishes, and generosity come back around to us as well.
In this current lunar cycle, as things have come to a head, it appears that quite a bit of karma is ripening in Virgo. Or put another way, the effects of old actions are finally showing themselves. We’re coming full circle to a bunch of unresolved business. Perhaps even from years or decades past. That project or person you left unresolved, well... if it hasn’t already presented itself, get ready to finally deal with it.
How this plays out I guess depends on what kind of karma you have lingering out there. This could be the kind of energy that gives you the breakthrough you’ve been looking for in an old project. Or it could be the day of reckoning. Either way, don’t fear. All of this ripening is healing, cleansing, and much needed. So be excited!
Keep your journal and tissue box nearby if you plan to use this Full Moon energy to do some long overdue healing. It’s time.
As these old things are finally made clear or are cleared away, it is going to create space for a new chapter completely.
