How to:


  • Begin in tabletop on the hands and knees.

  • Reach one leg forward and move the foot out to the side so that it is as wide as that mat or beyond.

  • Stretch the other leg backward onto the ball of the foot or the top of the food with the toes down. Each will give you a different stretch. Staying on the ball of the foot will be a more active stretch.

  • Stay on the hands or come down to the forearms.

  • Repeat on the other side.
