2 bunches of Kale
1/2 Red Onion
1 Bell Pepper (Pick a color)
1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 C Olive Oil
1 t Dr. Bragg's Seasoning and/or Lemon Pepper
Massage the kale with part of the olive oil and salt until soft.
Add remaining veggies and apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
